2005 Oxford Program

 

Welcome to the 2005 Oxford Program's webpage. We have been working hard to put together an educational experience you won't forget. Program participants will spend one week in Atlanta preparing for their time abroad, roughly four weeks traveling to multiple destinations in Europe while taking two classes and an additional six weeks studying in Oxford England.

Upon completion student will have earned 12 Georgia Tech credits in subjects ranging from Art History to Aerospace Engineering.

On this site you will find information about courses being offered, program costs and destinations we will be visiting. We have also provided some general links to get you started.

Through a unique partnership with the LCC department, students now have the opportunity to participate in the new Italian film studies program and then join our group in Oxford upon. Click here to learn more.

We will need a copy of your passport prior to departure in order to address several administrative issues. If you choose to apply for the program, you should immediately apply for your passport. Please note that Georgia Tech reserves the right to alter or cancel this program due to low enrollment, unavailability of a professor to teach a planned course, or other unforeseen circumstances. If Georgia Tech cancels the program before departure for reasons within its control, all fees paid by participants will be refunded. If Georgia Tech cancels the program before departure or while the program is in progress for reasons beyond its control, such as political unrest or danger to participants' safety, only those fees that Georgia Tech is able to have refunded by service providers will be returned to participants.
