REGISTRATION
Once you submit an on-line registration, you will receive an immediate confirmation of your registration; you will need to print this page for your records.
PAYMENTS
Credit Card Payments
Check Payments
- Make checks payable to “Georgia Tech” and submit along with a copy of your registration confirmation via mail.
Payment is due by September 7, 2007. Requests for refunds can be made until September 14, 2007.
MEALS
A light breakfast will be available for representatives during set-up. Your registration fee will cover a box lunch for one representative per program/table. If more than one representative will attend the Fair, you are welcome to purchase additional box lunches for $10 each. Please include this payment in your registration fee payment.
Several restaurants and a food court are located nearby in the Student Center and Student Center Commons, which can be viewed at www.gatechdining.com.
HOTELS
The following hotels are located near the Georgia Tech campus. Please note that all rates are subject to change.
All of these hotels are within walking distance of a MARTA (subway/metro) station. www.itsmarta.com
DIRECTIONS
From the North: Take 75 or 85 South to 75/85 South (they merge to form the Downtown Connector) and take exit 249D - North Avenue. Make a right on North Avenue. Cross Techwood Drive (the first light) and continue on North Avenue approximately two blocks to Cherry Street. Turn right onto Cherry Street and then left onto Ferst Drive. This is the main route into campus. Follow Ferst Drive and turn right at the Student Center Lot/Deck ticket booth. At the entrance to the Visitor’s Parking lot, please take a ticket. There is an hourly parking rate.
From the South: Take 75 or 85 North to 75/85 North (they merge to form the Downtown Connector). Take Exit 249D - Spring Street/West Peachtree Street. At the top of the exit ramp, proceed through the first intersection (Spring Street). At the next intersection, turn left onto West Peachtree. Continue on West Peachtree for approximately one block and turn left on North Avenue. Cross over the interstate and Techwood Drive. Turn right onto Cherry Street and then left onto Ferst Drive. Follow Ferst Drive and turn right at the Student Center Lot/Deck ticket booth. At the entrance to the Visitor’s Parking lot, please take a ticket. There is an hourly parking rate.

PARKING
PLEASE NOTE: Parking on our campus is very limited. We have been informed that the Student Center Lot fills up between 9:00-10:00 am. After 10:00am, it is likely that no spaces will be available in this lot. In order to secure your space, please plan to arrive early.

Advertising
We will publicize the fair via print, video, and radio media. In the event that you wish to place an ad in the campus newspaper, Technique, http://nique.net/ and click on “advertising info” for information regarding costs and deadlines for submission of ads.
